A new townhouse development is being planning in Coon Rapids by the Coon Rapids Development Group (CRDG). Four units are currently for sale with construction anticipated in 2023.

The townhouses will be located on Fifth Avenue near the corner of Cardinal Drive. The property is suitable to build two townhouse buildings, each with two units. Each 1,400 square foot townhouse unit will include a basement and two car garage. The units will be presold prior to construction. CRDG will oversee the construction of the townhouse structure and rough-ins, but will not complete the interior finish work. Buyers will be responsible for finishing the interior work to their specifications. This process is very similar to the construction of the Stagecoach Drive townhouses built in the late 1990s.
