The Main Street Coon Rapids Design Team offers Mini-Grants for up to $500 for Main Street District buildings to improve their facades as well as to install new signs to storefronts. The application must be made prior to the project beginning and with the plans and design approved by the Design Team who recommends it to be funded by the Board of Directors. After the project is completed, receipts for materials are required with before and after pictures and a check will be presented. Be sure to read and understand what this mini-grant can be used for.
